30 Nights Trial

  • We offers a 30-night trial for any Impereal mattress sold on
  • If a customer is not satisfied with the mattress, he or she should contact customer service within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • We will refund the cost of the mattress and also pay for the return shipping cost, provided the mattress is returned from the original delivery destination.
  • If the mattress is returned from a different location, the customer will bear the differential shipping charge.
  • Company reserves the right to change or withdraw the 30-night trial program at any time. Products must be in donatable condition to be eligible for return.

Returns process

  • If you wish to return your mattress, please write to within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request return and specify the reasons for returns.
  • We will need photographic proof of the product of it’s proper condition from your end while opting for a return. We may cancel the request if you fail to provide substantial proof.
  • We will contact you for further information, if needed.
  • Once we have it on good credence that the mattress is free of usage defects and or accidental/deliberate damage, we will be sending you packaging material with documents for the reverse pickup and your original mattress will be scheduled for pick up 
  • Within 7 working days of receiving the return, a refund will be initiated from our end.

When can Return be denied?

  • Please note that any customer errors such as wrong size or wrong products ordered are not eligible for returns.
  • Also, customised mattresses and pillows are not eligible for return.
  • If there is sign of dirt or damage on the mattress.
  • The 30-nights trial does not cover an exchange of your mattress/smart base due to an incorrect size ordered by you.
  • This policy is limited to one mattress return per household per year.
  • This policy is not applicable on the Pillow or Mattress Protector.
